Offerview is an interview practice tool. You record answers, we transcribe them and give you feedback. That means we handle your voice, so this page says plainly what we keep, for how long, and who else sees it.
What we collect
Your email address. You sign in with a link sent to your inbox, so we store the address and the sign-in record.
What you paste in. Job descriptions, role and seniority choices, and the interview date if you give us one.
Your voice recordings. Audio of the answers you record in the browser.
Transcripts and feedback. The text of what you said, the scores and coaching notes generated from it, and the word timings used to measure pace and pauses.
Usage events. Which pages you open and which features you use, so we can tell what works. We do not sell this or use it for advertising.
Payment records. Order identifiers and amounts. We never see or store your card details.
How long we keep it
Raw audio is deleted after 7 days, automatically, by a scheduled job that runs every night. You do not have to ask.
Transcripts, scores and feedback are kept after that, because they are your report and your progress over time. Delete your account and they go too.
Who else processes your data
We use a small number of services to run the product. Each one sees only what it needs.
OpenAI — transcribes your recordings, and generates the spoken question audio.
Anthropic — generates the questions and the coaching feedback from your transcript.
Supabase — stores your account, sessions, transcripts and audio.
Lemon Squeezy — the merchant of record for payments. They handle the card, the invoice and the tax.
PostHog — product analytics.
Resend — sends your report, cheat sheet and other emails.
Emails
Every automated email has an unsubscribe link, and one click stops them. Sign-in links and receipts are not marketing and will still reach you.
Getting your data deleted
Write to [CONTACT EMAIL — Mohamed to fill in] and ask. We will delete your account, your recordings, your transcripts and your feedback. Tell us the address you signed up with so we can find you.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we keep or who sees it, we will say so on this page and change the date at the top.
